It began broadcasting on 102.3 FM in 1997. CINA-FM is the first and only ethnic/multilingual radio station in Windsor. It started broadcasting as CKIN-FM. Later on, CKIN was rebranded as Radio CINA and launched a revamped schedule with a larger focus on Arabic and Spanish-language programming.
